South African musician Sho Madjozi and Actor and Comedian Prev Reddy win at the 2020 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards.
Sho Madjozi beat Shekhinah, Teni and Patricia Kihoro in the Favourite African Star category. Prev Reddy, on the other hand, beat Anne Kansiime, DJ Cuppy and Chané Grobler in the coveted Favourite African Social Media Star category.
Excited for her win, Sho Madjozi had this to say:
Our job is to work, move forward and never reverse. Nickelodeon, thank you for this amazing award and to everyone that voted. I am so excited. World, we have one message for you, Africa is coming and we are coming for you.
