Rema Levels 41-Year Record on US Billboard 200 Charts

Rema

Just weeks after breaking Wizkid’s long-held record of 22 weeks on the US Billboard 200 chart, Rema’s debut album Rave & Roses has gone on to equal a 41-year record on the same chart.

Rave & Roses has set the pinnacle of success for debut albums, as Rema has completely surpassed every record previously held with his one-year-old album. The rate of success this album has achieved is unprecedented, reaching heights that were previously only dreams.

Its most recent achievement is equaling a 41-year-old record, with a total of 29 weeks on the Billboard 200 charts. This record was previously held solely by the legendary King Sunny Ade‘s 1982 classic album “Juju Music.” Rave & Roses is currently at #136 on the charts, after peaking at #81.

Rema’s journey to success has been one that has left everyone in awe. With more to come, it is Rema’s world and we are all just spectators.
