Rema finally Receives Plaque for ‘Dumebi’ Gold Certification in France

Nigerian artiste and Afrorave pioneer Rema receives a plaque for his gold certification in France with his single ‘Dumebi’.

The Jonzing World signee’s song ‘Dumebi’ was certified gold in France in October of 2021 after selling over 100,000 units. This equals over 15 million streams.

Rema joins fellow Nigerian artistes CKay and Burna Boy as acts whose records have also been certified gold in France.

Excited about the news, Don Jazzy, the CEO of Mavin Records had this to say about this incredible feat:
