Musa Keys Appears on Apple Music’s Home Session EP

Musa Keys

After a masterful performance at the Boiler Room x Ballantine’s True Music Studios, Amapiano whizz-kid, Musa Keys has just been included in Apple Music’s Home Session.

The Home Session programme is centered on personalized covers and reimagined songs performed with a simple setup at home.

Musa Keys told Apple Music, “I’ve bettered my craft and my sound changed and improved as a whole. It also made me realize that my mother raised me to be a superstar. These songs for my Apple Music Home Session are very close to my heart and the musical dynamics around them are ‘delicious’, that’s why I picked them”.

Apple Music, speaking on the EP said, “In the spirit of the times, we’ve asked some of our favorite artists across the genres to record an exclusive Apple Music Home Session, with one particular challenge: to set up from home and reimagine their own signature tracks, plus record thoughtful cover versions”.

The Extended Play can be streamed on Apple Music in Spatial Audio and features four songs, with two unreleased tracks – ‘Big Choppa’ and ‘Selema/Sphalaphala’.
