Joojo Addison Has The Remedy For The Streets

Joojo Addison

Ghanaian based Joojo Addison is a recording artist, songwriter, and poet. He has gradually reinvented himself and has evolved as an artist. After his Empawa Africa entry blew up in 2018, Joojo Addison has become one of the artists to look out for.

His style, best described as African music combined with jazz, soul, rap, and R&B is in full effect on “Remedy” which features Xrusade.

Produced by Kros, Remedy is a pleasant blend of traditional African music with moving vocals from Xrusade and a reflective verse from the Guy Man in Pidgin and his local language, Ga.

Joojo Addison has, for the most of his music journey, been excellent at composing melodious songs with meaning and sticking to his African roots whiles at it. He mentions  Fela Kuti, Nina Simone and Bob Marley as his biggest inspiration growing up. Can’t wait to see what he’s going to do next.
