Witbank rapper, Benson Khronic dropped ‘Throw Aways’ (EP) to open up his 2019 on February 28.
For many of those who aren’t familiar with this emcee, he was making rounds for his single, ‘I Feel Like Jay Z’ mid 2018, where he was sharing profound points of view about how musicians are so focused on studio time and getting as much music done, without actually thinking about how they’ll go about taking care of the business side of things.
The 5-track EP which consists of retro slow beats have the rapper flex his ability to express his vocal side, coating it with his lyrical prowess; experimenting with different tones clothed in different periods of emotions life brings to him.
Having acquired the services of Timmy, Uncle Silent, Gebeza, Flow Kid and himself on production the lighter note and joyful aspect of this project makes it a vibe to jam to on a Friday evening around a fifa session and drinks with friends.
