ANATII’s ‘Iyeza’ Album is Finally Here

ANATII

A few nights ago, Anatii hosted a secret listening session for some close friends and industry tastemakers who were granted an opportunity to hear his new album, Iyeza, before its release.

At the event, the rapper also welcomed an artist by the name Nika Mtwana who designed the cover arts and further inspired the process of creating the project.

Without any warning from the Thixo Onofefe rapper, he finally releases his new body of work to the world.

Listening to the project, you’re introduced to various authentic African sounds blended with Anatii’s crisp and unmatched skill.

As previously announced, the album does not feature any guest appearances. Anatii takes on the 10-track album by himself and gives us a fresh taste of what he’s been cooking up all this time.

The album is the start of something new, it’s an introduction to Anatii’s new sound as we journey through his musicality and welcome the electronic bushman in full Super Saiyan form, cue the “Kamehameha” stance.

The songs, on the other hand, feel nothing short of a breath of fresh air. Anatii fuses various sounds and melodies, also blending in some maskandi, and giving us a taste of sweet African sounds.

If you know what bliss feels like, you’ll be close to defining the feeling you get from listening to this work of art. A job well done, Iyeza is finally here.
